Got a question about fence installation? We’re here to help.
  • Do I need a survey before installing a fence?

It's ALWAYS a good idea to get a survey before installation. Ideally, it would be good to have it done as soon as you make the decision to build a fence. It's very helpful to fence companies to get an accurate measurement. Remember you, as the owner, are responsible for your property lines. It can get expensive to re-place a fence line due to inaccurate information.

  • How long does installation take?

This varies of course, depending on the size of the fence. Most average size installations take one to two days. This also depends on the type of fence being built.

  • Do I need to call 811 (call before you dig) before the installation?

No, Echo Fence will call 811 for you at least 3 days to 1 week before installation. 811 will mark all public utilities, phone and cable. 811 DOES NOT mark personal or private utilities such as satellite dish wiring, personal gas or propane lines, sprinkler systems etc. These must be marked by the owner as fence companies have no way of knowing where each of these lie. This can be expensive for the owner if something it hit that isn't marked properly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We also have financing available!

  • Do you offer phone quotes?

Very rarely, fence costs can vary so much based on a number of feet, terrain, and several other issues that would need to be evaluated by a professional. “Ballpark” quotes are not uncommon but it's best to schedule an appointment and consider all circumstances for a good, educated quote.

  • Do you charge fees for rock?

Yes, rock fees are based on the number of holes that require a jackhammer to break up.
